Inside Ferrari Plant Factory View Images

As Ferrari readies to launch its first front-engine V8 hardtop convertible, we take a peek inside Ferrari’s factory where traditions blend with modern technology.
Maranello, Italy - Attilio Ruffo, vice-president of Ferrari marketing for the Americas, isn't shy to admit that the biggest number of Ferrari owners are of Italian descent. Check out 34 more images after the jump.

The slow and steady rate of production won't win Ferrari any automotive efficiency awards, yet plant workers are not complaining. In 2007 it was judged of the 100 Best Workplaces in Europe by the Financial Times, citing the "incredible pride" expressed by employees in building the cars, and the firm's history.

Unfortunately, factory tours are not available to the public, although the Galleria museum is open for visitors to the Maranello facility. And no, you don't even have to speak Italian.
